Hypnotherapy

Focused attention. Collaborative practice. Your choice.

Hypnotherapy uses guided attention, imagery, and suggestion to support goals you choose. You remain aware and can stop at any time.

What a session may include

A structured space to slow down and rehearse.

Sessions may include conversation about your goal, relaxation or focused-attention exercises, guided imagery, somatic noticing, and rehearsal of a preferred response. You do not have to disclose every detail of your history to participate.

Hypnosis is not mind control. You do not surrender your values or agency, and no result can be guaranteed.
